You're great at a lot of things. Your career, your goals, getting things done. But when it comes to your relationship, it might just feel like no matter how hard you try, you and your partner keep having the same arguments on repeat. If you've ever thought, why can't I figure everything else out? But my relationship feels so stuck. You're not alone. And that's exactly why I created this podcast. Because let's be real, if logic alone could solve relationship struggles, We would all be fine by now.

This is Coupled With, the podcast where we talk about relationships in a way that actually makes sense. No fluff. No outdated advice. Just real practical tools to help you communicate better, break free from conflict cycles, and actually feel connected again.

I'm Dr. Rachel Orleck, a couples therapist and coach, and I help people who are used to being competent at everything else finally figure out the one thing that doesn't come with a step by step manual, relationships.

On this show, we'll talk about things like

why you keep getting stuck in the same fight, And how to break out of it.

How perfectionism and problem solving might actually be getting in the way of connection.

What your attachment style actually has to do with your arguments. Spoiler, it's a lot.

Strengthening intimacy and keeping the spark alive.

Handling conflict, trust issues, and the unspoken dynamics that shape every relationship.

And I promise, we'll keep it practical, digestible, and yes, a little bit funny. Because relationships are messy, and sometimes you just have to laugh about it.

Here's the thing. Your relationship isn't just one part of your life. It's the foundation that impacts everything else. When you feel disconnected from your partner, it spills over into everything. Your work, your stress levels, your well being, but the good news? Just like anything else, relationships are learnable.

I believe relationships are the most important thing we do as humans. They shape how we feel, how we grow, how we show up in the world. And that's why I'm so passionate about helping people build relationships that feel good, not just functional.

No topic is off limits here. Whether it's communication, intimacy, trust, or dealing with major life stressors, we're going to talk all about it.

So if you're ready to stop overanalyzing every conversation, And actually start enjoying your relationship again. Hit subscribe so you don't miss an episode.

actually brings you closer, [:

Hi, I'm Dr. Rachel! I’m a licensed psychologist, couples therapist, and relationship coach who believes that connection doesn’t come from getting it perfect—it comes from getting real.

Through my work (and let’s be honest, my own life), I’ve seen how easy it is to get stuck in the same arguments, to overthink every word, and to wonder if your relationship is just too much work.

That’s why I created Coupled With…—a space for deep-feeling, growth-minded people who want more clarity, less pressure, and relationships that actually make sense.

When I’m not talking about attachment theory or decoding conflict cycles, you can find me chasing my toddler, sipping lukewarm coffee, or rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer or a police drama for the hundredth time.
